This apartment was everything we needed. Two private bedrooms, washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen. It is so close to the tram - we could get anywhere we needed. Ideal location.

Great clean apartment.Only complain is - going into old town(no vehicles) to collect the keys after a very tiresome journey.But apartment was at great location, clean and everything what we expected.

Perfect location for us

Location was excellent, very clean spacious apartment. Checkin was easy. The living room sleeper (futon) was not very comfortable, as I am not a fan of futons. Maybe better fir children.

Apartment is in a fabulous location, close to shops and Tram lines 1 & 2. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Management helped me with my luggage and even came back the next day when I had a (user) issue with the TV. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Best Nice Stay Out Of Eight Short Term Rentals!

We stayed in seven different short term rentals while deciding what part of Nice we wanted to permanently move to. We finally found a lovely apartment that we had to vacate this weekend for needed repairs. This two bedroom apartment on LaBuffa is the clearly the niceest and most spacious short term apartment we've experienced. It's in the best section of town near hundreds of restaurants, the trams, old town, the sea, absolutely everything the amazing City of Nice has to offer. If this apartment is available during your planned visit, grab it! You will not be disappointed.

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is in an excellent location, with many parts of the old city and the beach within walking distance.Communication was good and there was parking close by. The only real issue we had was finding parking to pick up the key on our first day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Apartment

The overall apartment and location were terrific. There is laundry and dryer in the unit, and we had no problems with the apartment itself. The apartment was dirty when we arrived but was promptly cleaned within two hours. You do have to pick up the keys from their office which was a pain to drop off at 4 am due to an early flight, but it was not that big of a deal. We would stay here again.
