Great properties

If you're looking for a comfortable, well appointed apartment in the midst of Old Nice, look no further. Great locations. Great apartment. Managers communicate well and managed late changes I needed to make very graciously.

Lovely little apartment right in the heart of Old Town Nice. Perfect for walking around and exploring and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was perfect for two people.

I stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. The flat was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice and modern. It even had an iron, which was handy! There was a bit of building work one morning, but it was quiet the rest of the time. Overall, a lovely place in a great spot — I’d definitely stay again!

Perfect option for our stay in Nice

The apartment was clean with new tasteful updates. It had what we needed the larger bed size, washing machine and a center location in the vieux ville. We did not cook, just coffee in the morning, the kitchen area is small with little counter space, but the basics are there. Coffee machine needs special brand pods. We appreciated the refrigerator for cold beverages. The support to pick up keys after hours was great and much appreciated and questions about travel and transportation was always helpful. Highly recommend. If you could have a sheet with some basic instructions like where to purchase the coffee pods and where the garbage bins are located, how to leave the apartment when departing. Just a basic reference sheet would be helpful.

The location was amazing, but after overlooking that, all else was extremely disappointing. With weather so hot, we were expecting a fan that at least works, but got one mediocre and one that didn’t do anything. There was mold in a few places, including the washing machine. We were given two towels to use, a stained hand towel, and a few packets of liquid soap. The check in process was not clear- we were under the impression the address given was the one we were staying at but had to navigate the area without access to WiFi and carrying heavy luggage. When we got there, the entry light wasn’t working and the door to the place wasn’t clearly marked. The bed was super uncomfortable, it seemed like a box spring with a pad over it, we both struggled to sleep much. We were super disappointed to have to come back here every night, and would advise anyone else to spend their money elsewhere at a clean and reputable hotel.
