Very nice apartment in good location

Wifi connection was good. It was very hot during our stay, so we enjoyed the good airconditioning and freezer where we made ice and froze drinks.

Space was good but a single toilet and the TINY room essentially a broom closet was a huge drawback and the reason I couldn’t recommend

Beyond our expectations

The apartment was very roomy for 5 people (3 teenage America girls, and mom and dad). It was clean, bright, perfect proximity to the beach and shops and food markets and boulangerie. The concierge was responsive, even off hours, via an email inquiry because I couldn’t get my phone to work internationally. It was close to bus stops and train stations. Overall well worth the price.

Good and Bad

The location is excellent. The management company is excellent. The living room, dining room and kitchen were great. It was terrific to have a washer and dryer, and to have Netflix. But something was wrong with the plumbing and the toilet smelled terrible the entire 10 days. Really bad. Also, 2 of the 3 beds were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. One of the bedrooms has no bedside table and lamp. The main bedroom faces the street and on one night there was partying, loud music, and revving motorcycles until 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep. Difficult to leave living room and dining room windows open because of noise and car exhaust. It IS from the "budget collection" so the price was excellent. If the noises and smells and hard beds aten't a problem, this is actually a terrific apartment.

Schone accommodatie, hele goede communicatie met conciërge lisa, ruim appartement al blijft de grootte van het enige toilet een beetje achter, krap zelfs. De uitrusting van de keuken, met name serviesgoed en glaswerk is wat karig, Verder is het appartement goed uitgerust met alle apparatuur, wifi perfect. Rustig gebouw, aan de straatkant wat stads lawaai, maar dat hoort erbij. Appartement is ideaal gelegen met echt alles op loopafstand. Ik zou iedereen dit appartement aanraden

L’appartement est spacieux Mais très mal équipé pour accessoire cuisine. Le bruit de la rue Meyerbeer est intense et les commerces extérieurs ( boissons , cigarettes, alcool) sont ouverts très tard ce qui est très dérangeant jusqu’à 1h am.

Un appartement bien situé et convivial

Appartement très bien situé, avec une pièce à vivre grande et chaleureuse. La suite parentale est également très agréable. En revanche, les deux autres chambres sont un peu petites. Par ailleurs, on regrette que les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle soient si peu nombreux (pour 6 personnes) et pas toujours très propres.

Apartment on 5 Meyerbeer, Nice was very comfortable, close to the promenade & very centrally located on the city. We enjoyed our stay there. There are full 3 bedrooms , which is great for 6 guests- however , there is only 1 toilet in the apartment. Thank you
