Property in the middle of everything. Very spacious. Very clean. Huge bedrooms and living areas. Had a washing machine to do laundry. Only complaint is that getting the keys for the apartment was a tiny hassle. Had to pick up and drop off keys from a kiosk that’s about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. However, I had no issues and the apartment is worth the minor inconvenience.

Great location right in the heart of Palais Messena ...steps away from the beach and the charm of Old Town. Clean and comfortable for a family of four. Easy walk to the train station to explore the other great towns and cities along the Cote d'Azur!

Pretty good stay

Apartment was perfectly located. We had some issues with the unit in terms of a broken bed, which was fixed quickly and a couple of their issues, but all of which were fixed quickly by the property management team kudos to them, but overall this isn't above average apartment. I wouldn't call luxurious but was ok for a 3 to 4 day stay. The locks are impossible to operate and the check-in and checkout process is ridiculous.

Merveilleux séjour à l’exception de quelques désagréments , nous avions besoin d’être connectés sur nos ordinateurs pour travailler , nous avons dû attendre 24h pour avoir de la wifi . Poir des raisons personnelles nous avions loué un apparement avec télévision (2) , impossible d’avoir accès car pas de fibre dans l’appartement , et une coupure d’eau a eu lieu lundi matin des 9h ce qui était un peu compliqué en terme d’organisation … Autre point désagréable avoir à faire à une conciergerie en ligne . Meme s’il faut admettre que 1/ ils sont assez réactifs 2/ une fois sur place les agents de l’agence font de leur mieux .Nous avons malgré tout passé un merveilleux séjours . L’appartement est parfait pour 2 couples et extrêmement bien situé .

the property is very well situated in old town Nice. stayed here 2 weeks and explored surrounding areas and Nice itself without a vehicle. Trams, bus and trains are easily accessible from the apartment. We had a small question for the management company that got answered right away. We would definitely recommend this property. ♥️

Bonne expérience, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Logement refait à neuf, très bien insonorisé. Très bien situé ( à 10mn de : gare sncf, promenade des anglais, vieux Nice, velo bleu) ; tram en bas de la résidence, restaurants dans la rue, daily monop a proximité. Appartement très bien équipé (vaisselle cuisine, lave linge , etendoir, table à repasser + fer) . Belles salle de douche avec bonne pression d'eau aux douches.

Excellent location, close to everything

Palais Massena is very spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms directly attached to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and we found all kitchen appliances we needed. The streetcar stop is only 1 minute away and it is only two stops to the railroad station. The Promenade can be reached on foot in less than five minutes. So we enjoyed our stay in very sunny Nice in December and January.

Light & Lovely in a prime location!

The decor was clean and chic and the location off Place Massena couldn't have been better. Despite being on a very lively pedestrian street, the high-quality windows and doors were soundproof. Access to the elevator was 21 steps up and we were grateful our for arrival and departure driver's assistance with our luggage. We were able to contact our assigned "concierge" via email with several issues and he responded promptly by the next day. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in the Palais Massena apartment.

Perfect central apartment

Rented the apartment for 10 days. Location was perfect, close to city center and close to beach. Apartment was very spacious, clean and nice. Beds were excellent! Air condition in all rooms was nice to have as temperatures never went below 28C (even in the night..). We can highly recommend the apartment.

Very nice apartment

The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also newly upgraded and very nice. It would have been nice if the pictures were on the walls instead of the floor. My biggest complaint is that every other apartment I have rented the owners or rental company comes to the apartment with you to show you how everything works. And there is usually a notebook explaining everything. The lounge up app did not have an apartment section to go to. You have to go to the website and that was very confusing. My other complaint is that there in no lights in the hallways at night making it difficult to see. We finally discovered the one downstairs but there is no light on the 5th floor to light that we could find.
