Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
the apartment was having work done in the hallway and dry wall dust, workers and equipment was everywhere. there was no balcony overlooking the water (as in the picture), instead the window looked into a dirty alley. parking was very difficult, and the outside door locked us INSIDE the building a few times! It was cramped, noisy, expensive and a terrible experience. Go someplace else!
