You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 130 square meters spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large and comfortable living/dining room measuring 40 square meters, equipped with a double sofa bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and a flat-screen TV. This room provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an exit leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the same level, you will find a shower and a separate toilet.

Moving to the upper floor, there is a room with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Another room on this level features two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), both with air conditioning. A bath/WC with a corner bath completes the upper level.
