The place wasn't as described. The host had his own rules and charged us extra money in cash. There was no way to access the property on time with proper lock access. The lights were all flickering. It said beautifully renovated. It wasn't renovated at all. Everything was broken the washing machine smell like smoke. The bathroom was so tiny could barely fit in the hose. Also asked us to take our own garbage out, which was terrible without any instructions about where to throw the garbage or where the extra bags are we had a very terrible experience and will never recommend verbal to anybody. This is our first time having a verbal and this is what we gone?

The pictures do not do justice to the apartment. The entrance hall was scruffy and covered win a white plastic sheet on the floor with a smell coming from the bins in the hallway. The apartment is very small with very little space in an old block. The bedsheets and towels rather old and mismatched (green, purple, grey, brown) and the bathroom tiny with a small hand washing basin offset from the mirror. There is lots of clutter in the apartment such as plastic flower pot and a stool without a back (its broken and not fixed). Only one set of keys were left for us so it made our day rather difficult to do separate things. BE AWARE the owner uses a concierge who charges 55 EUR for late check in which I think is very bad. This is not shown clearly on the English VRBO site. There is not a key safe like other properties. The owner corresponds rather forcefully and explains that this charge is on the French site so you must pay! There is no late check out and a charge of 15 EUR to leave your bags for the day. Altogether a bad stay and I would not stay again.
