"サービス等については満足であったが、禁煙の部屋を予約してあったのに、チェックイン時に満室であったため、必然的に喫煙の部屋に変更された。 消臭スプレーや空気清浄機完備の説明を頂戴したが、入ってみるとそのレベルの臭いではなかった。スプレー散布、空気清浄機を滞在中稼働させても、たばこの臭いが強烈で夜中に目が覚めた。 ホテル側の予約に対する事情はあるにせよ、事前の連絡なり、もう少し配慮がほしいと思った。"

"The hotel is not a mere typical hotel but including Japanese elements and so on. You can have amazing Chinese cuisine at dinner and great traditional local food at breakfast at the restaurant. There is a oxygen capsule, corridor decorated with colorful paint, hot spring(not gorgeous) and sauna- tents(outside, option). "
