"I am a solo traveller - small but just enough for 1 person. Expected in Tokyo. Clean room. Good supply of toiletries. Friendly and professional staff. Location is okay. Mid way between 2 metro stations. Quiet area of GINZA. Not too much options for a foodie. If you are looking for diverse selection of Japanese cuisine, this may not be the area for you. But good hotel price. SHIBUYA and SHINJUKU are both 15-20 min train ride. Walk to a train station is about 10 minutes minimum. For a first time in Tokyo, without children. I recommend this place for the value and location. However, if you want more energy… pick within SHIBUYA and SHINJUKU Some of the train lines closes at 11:45 pm. So if you plan of staying out late, expect to ride a cab "

"The rooms are very clean & restocked daily with fresh towels, hygiene materials & yukata. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The public bath was very relaxing, it definitely helped refresh my body after walking all day. I would definitely be booking here again whenever I come to Japan. "

"Staff was great, many could speak 2-3 languages. The room was very clean and I loved how the toilet, sink, and shower were all separated. The toilet was in its own room with a little handwashing sink too. The location is good, near Tokyo Station and others with a bus stop right outside. I'd definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is wonderful. It’s in a quiet area near the metro. The beds are very comfortable. I liked the smaller pillow with a normal layer and thin plastic tubes which was very relaxing. I suffer from chronic migraines and pillows are always a challenge. The are two Seven Eleven stores between the hotel and reasonable places to eat around the area."
