「Super clean and the staff were wonderful」

「El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera.」

「This hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay in Antigua! The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located but quiet. I was never bothered by the city noises. The staff was always very helpful and attentive! I'd definitely stay here again!」

「Amazing place to stay. We stayed in a two bedroom room, 2 floors, a kitchen, a living room, and dining area. We needed to add an extra night and it was a smooth process. Would definitely stay here again. Also, very safe, and clean. Having a washing machine and dryer were amazing to have.」

「The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if...

「The hotel was very spacious. At first I was hesitant because it looked different from the exterior but once inside it’s completely different. I totally recommend it. The staff is also extremely helpful the front desk even helped me with guiding me on where yo go visit.」

「This hotel is stunning. The courtyard, the rooms, the staff are all 10/10. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was great? We stayed in the room w the private hot tub and it was so nice and relaxing after a day of sight seeing. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Can’t wait to go back!」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
