“When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. ”

“Great 2 bedroom place with big TV in the living room and full kitchen. We stayed for 8 days and set up 2 offices to work from during the day. VERY comfortable main bed and strong AC. Close to downtown SLO, Madonna Inn, Edna Valley vineyards, and Pismo Beach. The owner was very proactive with communications and explained everything for check in, check out, and everything else. Parking spaces are a little narrow so if you have a big truck it might be tight.”

“Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. It checks off all the boxes for what makes a great home base to explore the Central Coast: comfy beds, lovely decor, well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities, plenty of space, a quiet location, and convenient proximity to Pismo Beach, SLO, and Morro Bay. As far as hosts go, Michele is the GOAT! She is so friendly, responsive and gracious, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. And speaking of goats….we were delighted with……

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderfully appointed residence while visiting CalPoly SLO. The house feels tucked away, and we enjoyed the vista from from the patio lounge furniture with fire pit and heater for the evenings. We appreciated all the labels and clear instructions in the house. Easy entry. We lacked for nothing. Had fun in the garage with the ping-pong table. ”
