「Check in and stay were great. However the check out lacked of customer service skills. We requested a late check out 2 days prior to leaving and were asked to request again the day prior. We did reach out again the day prior and were confirmed we could check out at 5pm as we requested for a fee. We were provided with a payment link and paid for it right away. A few hours after paying and got confirmation of check out time, we received another message telling us the late checkout time was no...
