「Beautiful property, well cared for, clean and so comfortable. Plenty of room for us all (we had 6 people) Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and clean. We honestly had no issues. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a question, and Causeway amenities were all wonderful. We had a wonderful time.」

「On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

Would request first floor next time in this section if traveling with young children or a senior as there is no elevator. 「It smelled like smoke when we walked in. Gentleman at front desk was very kind & accommodating. We went to check out the room and immediately knew we wouldn’t be staying. Didn’t even bring our bags in - left and got a room at the Holday Inn. I have NEVER walked out of a hotel but it just wasn’t a good feeling by any of the 4 in our party.」

A group of young teenage boys were in the pool unsupervised and throwing a ball around hitting into our group with a young child, Our relatives asked to move rooms when theirs smelled like dog pee and they found a tick on the wall.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」
