“Staff was wonderful. Property has been upgraded since our last stay. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Will stay there again.”

“Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer.”

“Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart……

“Staff was amazing. When I checked in I was greeted enthusiastically. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The hotel is little dated, but that's okay. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it. ”

“Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”

“No the hot tub was not warm enough and there were only 2 jets that were in the floor so it splashed water in your face while trying to relax”

“We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip.”

“Clean room, staff was excellent especially the short bob haircut blonde at front desk. She is wonderful. Her smile and kindness was impeccable ”

“Clean room. Easy parking. Excellent customer service. Hot water with solid water pressure in the showers. Microwave and fridge were nice and quiet. Large TV. Many channels. Beautiful and clean bathroom. White sheets. Fluffy pillows. Comfy bed. I had to leave early so I could not have breakfast, but the lobby area was clean with no visible debris.”

“The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the room had some kind of odor that I couldn’t place. I didn’t complain about it because I wasn’t positive that it wasn’t just my sense of smell might have been off for some reason and the person that was staying with me didn’t say anything about it ”

“As soon as we checked into room,opened door and saw 2 roaches run across microwave,and the bed was infested with bedbugs.We showed guy running the front desk he saw and couldn't deny they weren't.We didn't stay instead left and found another hotel.I.still haven't been refunded.”

“This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive.”
