「The room key reader wasn’t working and we were locked out of the room for about half an hour late at night. Otherwise it was a nice and clean property and stay.」

I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. 「The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.」

「The staff was nice, the breakfast was very good included scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit, bread and coffee. We spend one night but I will definitely stay there again.」

「The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.」

「The hotel was clean but a little out-dated, musty smell, only one elevator worked, the ice machine was on the 6th floor and not a great selection for breakfast.」

「Never been here before had to be in the area for a wedding. this hotel was great and I would say for the money why spend extra at some of the other places for less. breakfast is always good especially when traveling with kids Staff was great friendly and helpful if I am ever in this area again I will stay here hands down」
