“Great location and short term rental for beach lovers. Across the street from the beach and near all restaurants shops and amenities.”

“This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone. If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for……

“The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since it was located in a gated community, it was also very secure. The hostess and host were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had.We will definitely consider stating here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Accommodation was fantastic. Loved the location. Very clean and roomy. Getting in was a nightmare, instructions were not very clear and took an hour to finally find the parking lot and entrance. This is a very large complex with many buildings. Pool was great. The host was tardy in getting back to us. Great stay would recommend ”

“The condo was extremely clean, convenient to Mayo Clinic and very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Best place we've ever stayed on vacation.”

“We had a few issues with our stay. Upon arrival the condo assigned to us had not been cleaned at all and looked to be in a relatively tired condition compared to the photos we saw online. We were helped to quickly find an alternative condo and the team were very responsive however, there were a few general cleanliness issues once we finally got settled like dirt / hair on floor near and under the bed and a cockroach in one of our towels! Location was OK but nothing special. I”

“I booked this property for me and my husband and it was confirmed and paid for. While on our drive I received a call from the host saying it was overbooked and they would put us on a different unit. A little confused of how this happened and being put on the spot we agreed. The unit we stayed in was nice but there’s a child or children above that constantly ran up and down. Very loud and annoying until midnight then early in the morning. We didn’t spend much time in the unit but every time we……

“We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd!”

“Property was great. Would definitely stay here again. Was very clean, 2 minute walk to the beach, check in was easy. Noel, the host, was very accommodating and responded immediately if we had any requests. Would recommend this property if your heading to the beach.”

“This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to the beach and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here several times and Todd is an excellent host. Will be coming back again!”

“Nice place - very clean. On the beach. This was my second stay here. Very happy!”

“Great stay! Nicely renovated, quiet clean and nicely equipped place. Convenient location, and easy arrival. Only suggestion would be softer sheets and fix the toilet which takes far too long to fill which was fairly annoying. Never knew for sure if it was going to stop running. But eventually would. Fix that a would be perfect. Thank you! ”
