Not the best bed ever but comfortable. No lift so a few stairs to climb to the top floor. No problem for a non-disabled person. 「The pictures of this property on Expedia are in no way representative of the actual property. Had I seen actual pictures before booking I never would have booked here. The bed is horrible, not like the pictures at all, not enough pillows. No amenities, no coffee unless you go to the front and pay for it from a vending machine. Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly.
