「location is amazing. cute little units. floors could be cleaner, but it was clean where it really matters (the kitchen, the bedding, etc). Very relaxed vibe. Will definitely return.
My unit was across the street from the beach. Still so close. I think the walk to my mailbox at home is longer than the walk was from my unit to the water!」

「We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. 「If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas.
Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....
