"The property is in a great location and thats where the positives end! After traveling over 2000 miles for our stay we recieved zero check in info. I called the number over a dozen times durring buisness hours to no avail. Over the last few hours of our travel to this resort we called a dozen more times finally getting ahold of someone at another property owned by the management company who insisted theyd "make them send the info via text" after waiting another hour we continued to call to no avail. Finally as we arrived in the area we reached yet another person at yet another one of the companies properties who very reluctantly volunteered our check in info was plainly obvious in their computer system and once again tried to insist we wait for a text message! 2000 miles from home with small kids without somewhere to stay! Urgency setting in we called again after waiting some time without said text. Mind you they've placed a hold on our card for the stay already! We get ahold of yet ANOTHER PROPETY owned by the management company who was able to be talked into sharing our dam check in info over the phone!! We get into the room to find the second bed isnt made up never once was the office open! BEST PART the day after our check in we get this message with an apology worded "so sorry meant to send this yesterday" After travels on 4 continents in 20 countries these idiots hold the record for the worst experience!"
