"Great experience and service "

"This is a beautiful place! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet — a true relaxing getaway. The only downside (and I truly mean the only one) was the beach experience. While the beach itself is private and lovely, getting a spot with chairs and an umbrella was unnecessarily complicated. The beach attendants (Doing their jobs) wouldn’t allow us to sit in the area that supposedly belongs to the complex unless we rented their chairs and umbrellas. We already pay to stay here, so being told we couldn’t enjoy that part of the beach without additional rental fees felt… strange. Suggestion: At the pool, it would be helpful to post signs reminding guests about noise levels. This weekend, there was a large group playing very loud music. The office staff came twice to ask them to lower it, which unfortunately led to unpleasant cursing. Of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault — it’s simply a shame when some guests don’t know how to behave in shared spaces. Overall, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, and I would gladly return — hopefully with a smoother beach experience next time. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience. "

It’s clean, the sheets are crisp, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice … Love the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities…. The hotel is well laid out and has a lot of nice touches…. The lobby attendant was very friendly and professional…. We love the indoor pool as well and the restaurant and bar! "Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers a spectacular pool with a bar boasting stunning views. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and served with great care, and our room was always stocked with fresh, clean towels daily. Parking is valet only, and it is $50 per night (not $40 as stated on the Expedia listing). What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality—especially from María Henderson, whose warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel at home from day one. This hotel is a true gem and we highly recommend it."
