This is a private resort near the beach. Enjoy a 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach.
New heated Saltwater pool enclosed for guests.
One acre of fenced compound for privacy.
All new updated cottages.
Beach chairs, gas grill, and umbrellas furnished. Beaches and Shopping are close. You have it all here!!

Great vacation sopt

First time staying on the FL west coast and the Dolphin was the perfect spot and comfortably fit our family of 4 on school vacation week. The cottage had everything that we needed from beach supplies, grill and kitchen items as well as the pool which the kids loved. We'd love to return next year and hopefully rent out an additonal cottage for grandparents so they can join as well. The property is conveniently located within a mile of CVS, Publix and the beach which made it a very easy, home away from home vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Property

Loved the landscaping, lights, fountain, and plants (very relaxing!!!!!!) You can tell the owners have put a lot of time in the details of this facility very well ran and organized Very Clean Great Location (We took day trips to many of the surrounding beaches) Just a few blocks from the beach on the bikes They have bikes, and other beach accessories you can use Laundry room was nice all new equipment $2/load Nice pool area, extremely clean and well maintained. Very refreshing in the middle of the day to cool off Kitchen had all the items needed to meals, snacks, and etc Lanai/screened in porch was great! Easy parking lots of space Very quiet and peaceful We definitely would recommend this! This is a hidden gem!!!

Place was clean and cozy. We wanted to grill but there were seeds of some kind that had been brought in by an animal so we just broiled our steaks in the oven…. I would also suggest reversing the refrigerator doors for easier access since they were next to the wall. Were new to VRBO’s, but there was no contact with the owners or managers during our stay - we found that a bit strange. But, overall, we found our little cottage quaint and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nokomis stay

Loved the Villa and would stay again . Marianne was great. Just would be great to service bikes; some are rusty and need a bit of work. Overall wonderful stay

Great great get away

This was perfect, only wish I could have booked it for next year. It was easy to communicate with the owner’s. There was a problem the TV connection so we weren’t able to watch any local and limited news. But the said they were working on it. Hopefully fixed soon.
