"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to...

"Very nice hotel. It had all we wished for like good food, nice environment and especially excellent service! The manager Mr A-Tit was just too good, funny, but also very professional and took very good care of the guests. Many laughs with him👍."

"This hotel is set on stunning grounds, beautiful buildings, friendly staff. Major setbacks for such a stunning hotel, by appearance. Shower water was only tolerable, it was cold. The buffet breakfast, supposed to be hot, was totally cold. There was absolutely no attempts to keep it hot or warm. The room refrigerator was pathetic, i couldn't find a temperature adjustment, it didn't keep things much colder than room temperature. Extremely disappointed by something that looked so beautiful "
