The condo includes two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for relaxation. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, accommodating different sleeping arrangements. In addition, there are two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.



- Living Spaces:

The living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a spacious, open-plan layout. It includes a comfortable seating arrangement for socializing or watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is a dining table that comfortably seats four, ideal for family meals or enjoying takeout.

This condo features a full modern kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Aruba's Life Residences is in central Noord, a short walk from the historic St. Anna Church and Aruba Glass Ceramics.

- Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina (snorkeling): about 10 min drive

Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 20 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals and charge fixed fares, and car rental desks are at the airport. Free parking is on site. Arubus buses stop on the main roads in Noord and connect to Palm Beach and Oranjestad, but a rental car is the easiest way to reach the beaches and explore the island.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
