Family extended stay

Stay was AMAZING as usual. Live working with Danielle, he makes the checking in and out process so easy. Always available and easy to contact before and during the stay. The house provides literally everything that’s needed. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the home. My favorite spot is the backyard. I can rest poolside all vacation! Thank you again for another great Aruba vacation.

Decent Place to Stay for the Price

This is a pretty good place to stay for the price. Our host Daniel was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay. He even made a couple recommendations for a local place to eat (Dasha, which was VERY good for the price) and a place to tour. Overall, the house was well appointed. Plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen supplies, etc. We cooked several meals at the house and it had everything we wanted (pots, pans, baking sheets, baking utensils, storage containers, etc.). It also has a nice gas grill that was SUPER clean and worked really well. We've stayed at several different houses on the island and found the pool was smaller than most. But, it was still big enough for seven of us to cool off at one time or just the five kids play their games. The outside furniture was in good shape as well. The days we were there it was windier than usual, but the back porch area had a wind screen and that helped calm things in the porch area. The house was cleaner than most others we've stayed in, but I think it may have been a little newer as well, so it hasn't had time for the tile grout to discolor or the caulk to fade. The only downside was the master bathroom shower didn't have HOT water; it was warm, but not HOT. They also expect limited water and electric usage. They document the meter readings and check them before you leave. We did not go over the water, but did a little on electricity, so be conscience of consumption.

Wonderful Home

This property worked wonderfully for our group of 7

The house was beautiful and clean! The washer and dryer come in so handy, along with beach chairs and coolers being provided! Our family of three along with a friends family of 4 had plenty of room and enjoyed our time not only at the beach but also hanging on the patio!

Perfect vacation house for our family

House was clean and had all the amenities. Very roomy for a family of 9. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Beach towels, chairs supplied. Outdoor area and pool was lovely. Owner was wonderful. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely return!

Love Aruba

Our stay covered 9 nights October7 to 16, 2024 with 6 adults. Some minor confusion on locating the home; however, once we understood the house numbering and learning there were two different entrance roads all worked well. The home is accurately depicted in the VRBO listing. The home was very clean. Spacious kitchen area with a great supply of silverware, dishes, glasses and cups. Nice touch was the coffee grounds and tea bags to get the group through the first morning. Seating was adequate in living room and dining area table very comfortable for the group for eating and game play. There is a large covered patio and the pool was great for relaxation when we were not at the beaches. Bedrooms met the needs intended and no one had any complaints about the beds or having any challenges sleeping. The only unusual issue was the shared bathroom does not have any electrical outlets to use for any electrical need. House is protected by an alarm system that is controlled by a fob for convenience when exiting and entering the home. We parked the rented car (which we strongly recommend) safely inside the parking area that has a gate covering the home entrance. Communication with management group was very good. Having 6 beach chairs and beach towels made thee trips to the beach enjoyable. And having a washer/dryer was wonderful. One concern that we notified the management group is a leak in master bathroom. Extended vacation

My family and I decided to extend our stay two extra days and booked this home. OMG we are so happy we did and at this beautiful home. We didn’t leave the backyard. Very spacious, clean, and easy drive to the beach. Daniel our check in manager is as always amazing. This our second time with one of his properties and check in and out was a breeze. Communication was stellar. Thanks for making our trip extension the BEST EVER!!!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Nice house with many amenities, very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Pool and outside seating area is a big plus. Easy communication and check-in/check-out. Only surprise was that the cleaning fee needed to be paid onsite.

Wonderful property

The house was just lovely. Spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms with good water pressure. Large living area and a very well stocked kitchen. There was a large covered seating area with a BBQ and a great breeze so it was a fantastic area to sit and eat out. The pool area was in the sun all day and there were loungers around it. There were two other seating areas as well. We just had the most relaxing stay and it was very convenient for the beach. I’d say that you’d have to rent a car.

Communication was amazing from the start!! Rixt is fast to answer any questions. This home was located in a wonderful safe neighborhood. We were greeted by Jose, the binder provider answered any questions we may ever have. Home was clean and had plenty of room. We have five children ranging from 6-22, with twin 15yo. The bedrooms were approved by everyone. The pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend.

Great Place for a Large Group

We had a large party of 9 friends and family staying at the villa; everyone had a place to sleep (without having to use the couch!), and with 3 bathrooms there was plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor dining and that we were walking distance from a small grocery in one direction and a beautiful beach the other. Having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save by cooking most of our own meals, and a washer and dryer allowed us to pack a little lighter and keep up with our beach towels! Everything was very clean, and all those little things you sometimes forget about (like toilet paper!) were provided to get us off to a good start. We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Aruba, though it would be wasted on a smaller party, especially since there was a whole second kitchen! Love that there were plenty of beach towels and chairs, etc. The only down side to this villa was the sweet stray dog that frequently visited us and then had to leave behind. Great location, very convenient to everything. Daniel, the property management representative was friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. The pool was serviced twice while we were there and the main trash can was collected at least once. Great vacation place with the comforts of home!

Clean but farther from beach than had hoped

Overall, this property was a good fit for our purposes of our stay. We were celebrating my birthday and staying were my husband and I, my daughter and her boyfriend, and my son and his two children, ages 8 and 10. I might be a little harsh in my overall impression of this house as I really researched it and thought I had found the PERFECT house for our group's visit. Afterall, it was the first time we have ever all travelled together and I wanted the setting to be perfect. There were some unexpected problems but overall a good place to stay. It was a comfortable house though the furniture was basic. I really wish it was a bit more updated... seemed like some basic maintenance was being neglected. The bedroom configuration was perfect to accommodate all of us. The hot water in all three bathrooms was sometimes an issue as it was hit or miss whether it delivered hot water...didn't seem to matter if other people were showering at the same time. It was still always "warm enough" but sometimes not hot. The shower in the apartment was VERY SMALL! The kitchen was well equipped . There was a nice selection of spices and enough plates and flatware to work for a larger group. The large burner on the stovetop was finicky but worked. The grill was a nice addition and, since it was hooked up to the gas for the house, there was never a problem. If arriving as a larger group, bring extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide a certain amount and it isn't quite enough to make it through a week's stay. MY biggest complaint was that there were ALWAY insects at the pool... not sure if it was because there had been a lot of rain recently or the astro turf was a breeding ground for the pest-like gnats... they DID NOT BITE but were simply a nuisance. The outdoor cushions for the chairs were older and stained and simply not enough cushions for the number of outside chairs. The location of the house was a bit far from the beach (certainly not walking distance) though we knew this ahead of time. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood but woken every morning by dogs incessantly barking at 6 am. The laundry room was a welcome plus. It was also great to have beach towels for everyone and really nice beach chairs.
