Cockroach/ broken pocket door/fruit flies

Owner needs to correct these issues!!! *Pocket door (broken)going into master bathroom! *Seen (1) cockroach inside the master bathroom(there is hole in the wall behind the broken pocket door where that roach ran into)!!!!!!!!!! *A lot of fruit flies mainly in the kitchen! Over all condo looked like in the pictures.
