Enjoyable, but not what we expected
We recently spent 40 nights here and wanted to share an honest review. I’ll start with the good… There were definitely some things we loved — the pool was really nice, the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, and being so close to the beach was such a plus.That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite live up to expectations. There was construction happening nearby, which brought a lot of dust and was a bit challenging at times. This was in the listing but just be aware that it makes keeping things clean very difficult. The kitchen was advertised as a “chef’s dream,” but the smaller appliances made cooking a bit tricky and sometimes frustrating. The fridge/freezer is especially small and made stocking groceries difficult. We have to say, though, the Bocobay team was absolutely wonderful. Every time we reached out with questions or concerns, they responded quickly and with so much kindness. Their attentiveness really made a difference and helped us feel taken care of throughout our stay.All in all, while the home had its ups and downs, the great location and Bocobay’s fantastic service really stood out. We appreciate their efforts and would recommend reaching out to them if you book here. While we wouldn’t book this home again for a variety of reasons, we would most certainly book a home with Bocobay.
