Nice house but many issues with amenities
The jacuzzi did not work and could not be fixed. The pool is very shallow, something that wasn’t clear from photos or description. The air hockey game did not work. The outdoor daybed was mildewed and unusable. The outdoor turf area was soggy, muddy, and unusable. The patio was mildewed. The kitchen appliances were complicated and it took extra time/days for us to get the oven repaired and learn how to use other appliances. There was no instructional booklet that most rental properties provide for guests to help them to navigate the property. We also had other issues, like disconnected TVs, a broken shower and a lack of any towel hooks or bars for wet towels in the bathrooms. There were some hazards in the house, like a jutting corner of a staircase that heads were bumped on and small steps surrounding the sunken living room that were difficult to see. Last, for a house that sleeps 12, there were not 12 dining chairs for us to sit together and not 12 sets of cutlery. The management company agents were very polite, and tried to address what they could. This property also has no other reviews (or didn’t from the time we booked it through the time we stayed (holidays 2024).
