Nice house, great location and safe neighborhood. Close to everything.

Needs a couple little repairs. Faucet in master bathroom shower. The outlets in the whole house. Plugs just fall out when you plug in anything. Dishwasher doesn't work. Overall an excellent property and location. Thanks for having us.

Perfect in every way

Enjoyed 2 weeks at this villa. If couldn’t have been a better choice. Location quiet cozy neighborhood close to everything. Villa very clean and well maintained. Customer service when called quick and efficient. Hope to stay here again next September.

The good and the not-so-good

We loved the backyard of the house and the pool was beautiful and cleaned frequently. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, we felt that many aspects of the house were outdated, or not properly shared in the house description, and that the online reviews didn't reflect our experience. Without going into details, it should be noted that Casiola was quick to respond to us regarding the issues that they COULD do something about. However, the reality is that many aspects of the house need some love. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of hot water. Not only was it not working when we arrived, but we were told that there is no hot water supplied to anywhere but the showers and the kitchen. This was definitely not in the description of the home. I was NEVER able to get hot water out of the kitchen faucet myself. The lack of hot water in the kitchen meant that the dishwasher was ineffective in cleaning the dishes (the soap couldn't dissolve). We resorted to doing most of them by hand. The hot water in the showers was so finicky that most showers were not enjoyable - it was impossible to control the hot water. When there was some, it often was scalding. We recommend either updating the information in the listing so guests aren't surprised or disappointed, or updating the plumbing (including fixtures/faucets) in the house. There is much potential in this home.

Beautiful Home/Challenging Stay

The home is beautiful but had several issues that unfortunately took much of our vacation time to resolve. Our stay was diminished by all the back and forth communication needed to resolve these issues and, while Casiola did eventually provide fair compensation for the maintenance issues we encountered, we were frustrated that It took so much proactive effort on our part to reach that conclusion.

Tropical 🌴 escape in your own private yard!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bright and some newer furniture. Kitchen had what we needed for us two. The backyard was beautiful with pool and was a tropical escape. We spent a lot of time at home relaxing and enjoying the pool. The town with all the shopping beaches and restaurants was close by but if you don’t want to walk quite a distance you need a car to get around. Management was quick to respond to a few issues we had. My husband and had a lovely stay and would definitely rent again with Casiola . Thank you for having us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home before and it has always been a great experience. The new owners have maintained the property at a high level. It is under new management with Casiola and the service has been taken to a whole new level. The whole staff is extremely responsive.
