“While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam.”

“It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.”

“The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.”
