"Very nice room and area"

"The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad."

"Staff was fantastic! Lost my phone in my uber and Saua & Cecilia saved my trip trying to get my phone back which they did, many thanks to them. My room was great, bed comfy, plenty of towels, definitely will be staying here again "
