"Super Hotel"

"The house was exactly as the ad described. We had a great time during the days we were there. The lake was perfect for the children to swim in with a sandy bottom and calm without any waves."

"Room was fine, for the 2 nights I stayed only bottle of water,no tea or coffee in room,no local amenities available to use. Definitely have to be a driver to stay at Aparthotel, otherwise taxi to airport train station, or taxi to Leipzig centre very expensive. Overall not impressed at all, room ok,staff invisible, only fit for a night's sleep."

The property itself was lovely, however communication and transparency regarding additional charges were poor. The listing did not clearly state before booking that there was a large deposit required, alongside separate charges for utilities (gas, electric and water), plus bedding and towel costs. These charges only became apparent after the booking had been made. The owners initially suggested...
