"Good but in cold or rainy weather gets damp inside. Only one heater. But comfortable and tidy. Close to beach, would stay again but maybe in earlier months."

"A clean light, cheerful, contemporary style chalet Very close to the beach and places to eat out shops by going at the end of the summer. Season meant it was extremely peaceful and quiet and we were lucky enough to have the good weather and very relaxing break."

Laura and Ian provided everything you need in a nice property, along with all the details and guidance you need to plan your stay and activities. "Excellent location 15 mins walk into cromer ( by road) there are steps to the beach. You need to be fit to use them as there are over 200! Nice large grassed play area for kids with swings etc. It took us about 30 mins to walk to overstrand"

"We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us."

"This chalet had everything we needed for a great week at the broads area. Booking was very easy as Sandra was very prompt also in answering any questions we had. There is a well stocked shop & post office within 2 mins walk also a very good fish shop within 5 min walk. We would definitely visit again next year."

"Perfect location for a long weekend, everything on hand in the chalet, contact with owners was very good along with the instructions The only request would be to have a mattress topper or a thicker mattress on the double bed, apart from that no problem with anything, clean, bright and very good value for money"
