The first floor has a foyer entrance to the stairs and a garage. There is also another separate third unit, a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage that is not connected to this building.
This unit is an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, mini office space and living room with beach views. The kitchen has a large island flanked by two bar stools and it comes fully stocked. It also comes with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar.
