"很玄学得位置和建筑，肯定不懂风水，但这里是美国不用讲风水！ 店员很友善，大堂办理顺利，停车楼也方便。看到很多人说吵，好在我不敏感多吵我都不在乎，能想像很多睡眠困难的人也许会是一种煎熬。 挺方便的，感觉自己如同高速公路上的钉子户一样，很奇特的体验！喜欢！早餐也不错！"

"Perfect location for Marathon Runners, closed to back drop area and Finish line. Walk within 5 mins can arrive hotel to take shower and rest. Provided Microwave Oven also helps a lot! Staff's responses are also very fast. But have following for improvement: 1) need to check the Safe lock, have requested 3 times to fix it in 6-day stay 2) forget to pass the hotel restaurant coupon for our usage, we need to remind Bristro Bar to specially handle it 3) forget to refill the teabags, I am not a coffee lover, and only drink tea 4) the tray that keeps the Sugar Pounch never been cleaned, as one sugar bag is broken from day 1 I arrive, how till day 6, the broken bag still here Hope Hotel AKA can enhance above services. Thanks."

"辦理check in 的時候櫃台人員很細心講解飯店有的設施 以一個人住宿來說房間大小剛好, 但確實廁所稍微小了一點；比較可惜的是電梯需要加強維護與清潔。地理位置佳，步行約7分鐘左右可到地鐵站以及周邊波士頓景點"

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
