"Pools were merky and not so clean. We stayed on the “renovated” side and was woken up to work being done so there was loud banging and drill noises. Not to mention I stayed there last year and the suite on the not renovated side was a lot larger for my family of 5. The first night we arrived the person who checked us in gave us the key to another room so we walked into someone else’s room had to go back down with our kids and cart full of bags and luggage’s. The sheets and blankets werent clean so we had to ask for 2 new blankets to be sent up. Also, a drunk man was roaming the hallways and had to be escorted out by staff. He was not even staying on the property which made us feel unsafe as it seems anyone can just walk in and walk up to an elevator with no regard. We came back to this hotel because we had such a pleasant experience last year when we came down for cheer competition. This year was not a great experience. "
