“Proximity to our destination was very good and we had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other than that, we'll never stay there again. Grossly overpriced for the value. Dingy, dirty, parking garage was terrible to navigate, it was like we were staying in some roadside motel. Won't come back.”

“Have to go to sister hotels for breakfast, sauna, other amenities. A/C in my room was broken, had to switch rooms. Windows didn’t open in room. Otherwise it was fine and close to beach. Have to pay extra for housekeeping.”

“Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach……

“Very convenient to the historic part of Portsmouth. The apartment was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have the washer and dryer, too. We had snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Nice touch. I'd definitely stay there again.”
