This was our second time staying there. Location is wonderful. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. And the price was unmatched. Make sure to bring plates, utensils and cups.

The lady with the long hair in the front waa rude everytime I had to interact. During check in and another occasion she ignored me and only verbalized her concerns in my room. She never greeted me. Also, check your receipt because they charged for additional over night guest. I can say so much even with the other 2 guys. Disrespectful! The red head lady was cool. I asked simple questions and they seemed ready like they were ready for confrontation. I hated every moment and stayed clear from making my stay uncomfortable for my, kids, family concerns, and my belongings. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The checking process was fast. Steve, the younger was very attentive, made a point to make sure I had everything. I needed, including a new refrigerator for the room. Everything was clean nicely decorated.The only issue was the smell of mold or mildew coming from the air conditioner.

Cottage stay with hotel benefits

Our stay was wonderful. The room was great, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the staff great. Since it is owned and run by the same people that own the motel next door, we had the feel of a cottage stay with the benefits of a hotel. This included front desk services and daily housekeeping.

We went to check in and male host was unable to make changes to my reservation I wanted to add another guest and add another night to my reservation. He said he was not knowledgeable on the computer process to do it, so he called his wife who was gone at the moment. She said she would be back in 15 minutes. I told him that we had not eaten and that it was 3 pm. I asked if it was ok and that we would go get something to eat and come back afterwards to check in, he said yes. While eating his wife called, I said we would return after eating. We returned after eating to find the office locked. I called both numbers on the door and left messages. Even another person was at the door (he said he was a tenant). I waited then we drove around and I left another message, no call back. We went back to the office again and it was still locked. I left a 3rd message. Still have received no call back. Finally left and booked another hotel. Called today and was getting no where with Steve. I requested a refund and he refused. Would not recommend this establishment.
