“Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire……

“ the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again.”

“My bathroom mirror was shattered on bottom left. The shower towels and wash rags that were provided had holes in them. The peep hole on front door had a tissue stiffed inside of it because it was shattered previously. I will never book another room at this location. ”

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“This was one of the most concerning hotel stays I’ve had. I arrived early and appreciated being accommodated, but the first room I was given was already occupied—I used my key and walked in on someone, which is a serious lapse in basic safety and front desk procedure. After returning to the office, I was reassigned to what I was told was one of their “nicest” rooms. That was honestly alarming given the condition. The door was damaged, didn’t fully close, and the security latch was broken, which……
