「Great hotel. Front desk team was terrific. Room was so comfortable, clean and with the softest robe. Oh the caramel candy in the room such a nice touch! 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「The room is small but functional. Shower is strong, breakfast is good. Reception is helpful, hotel is 5 min from metro station, reasonably convenient. 」
