「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Some in-room utilities were broken (kettle, heater, washing). Reception is open too late.」

「This hotel was pure luxury! Situated off the main road in a converted chateau, everything is beautifully tailored to ensure that you have a fantastic stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious and the restaurant meal was exquisite」

「Ruime kamer uitstekend onbijt met kaas en verschillende soorten zelfgemaakt gebak .vriendelijke hostes attent mooie rustige omgeving binnenzwembad heetlijk op temparatuur en sauna.vlak bij strand dieppe Enige kleine aanpassingen indien mogelijk ventilator op kamer en vliegen hor voor raam. Zoutloper voor tijd in sauna was defect. Heel fijn verblijf gehad」
