「Outstanding property with huge, generally well designed rooms. Not ideal for those who like to unpack, however, as there are no dressers. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds and a quiet street location. Hotel features a lovely and private garden area for breakfast. Concierge (Stephen) is outstanding as are the staff (Max, Jeremy, David).」

「We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms/apartments were clean and comfortable and all utilities such as the dishwasher worked without any issues. The garage was also convenient to use. There are scuffs and signs of wear throughout the hotel, but they didn't affect our enjoyment of the property. 「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
