"The hotel was clean. The hot tub has no water in it. The staff is slow and blamed it on their staff being new and then blamed it on their system saying it updates at night and is very slow. Check in took us 45 minutes and we had already fully paid for the room online. Don’t check in here if it’s late at night. We rolled in about 1030pm and it was almost 1130pm by the time we got a key to get into our room. When I put it out there that we had such a long wait, a man approached me the next morning at checkout and I just got excuses — no apology "

"Sheets were dirty. Mattress cover had blood. Room stunk. Shower had bad mold. Felt itchy. Did not want to give a refund"

"Beautiful location and very peaceful!!! Conveniently located to the wedding venue for our son and DIL. Excellent hosts that were extremely responsive and helpful. We will book again with them. "

"We were unable to stay here. When the reservation was made on 02/27/26 I requested a room with a rolling shower. The property staff responded by saying the room that we had booked did not have a rolling shower. I responded back that a walk-in shower would be just fine and did the room we booked have a walk-in shower? There was no response from the hotel staff to my query, just crickets. Since they did not respond back I assumed our room would have a walk-in shower as pictured on the Expedia website. Upon arrival yesterday the room we were given only had a bathtub. I repeated my concerns to the very sweet and helpful front desk, lady Henny, but she was unable to provide the requested amenity. She said next time we needed to contact the hotel directly and make this request. ( Did she really think there was going to be a next time? ). As my mother and I are both elderly and somewhat disabled there is no possibility of using a tub which is why I made the request in the first place. If the property had communicated this to us then we’d have booked elsewhere. So we had to leave with no refund and had to book at another hotel for the night that would honor our request. Even though the front desk lady was understanding and very sweet, ultimately it’s very clear this property does not honor special requests nor value customer service. For these reasons I am giving this property 1 star and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone, especially guests with disabilities. "

"I got in the room and started moving the pillows around bugs came out from them. I’m not really sure if they are spiders or what, but there were also spots on the pillows and the bedding so when I told the front desk clerk that I cannot stay there and ask for a refund, she refused to give me one. I also paid for a queen suite which I was not put in because after I got there, she said they were all taken."
