「The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. 「We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! 「We had a great time at this cottage. It was very clean and was the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed the space in the back yard, especially the river front and the kayaks! The cottage has a nice comfortable and private feel to it. It was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the cute coffee shop up town after our hike at Chutes Coulonge Park. 」
