"Next to Penn station which is very strategic"

"Hotel is in a great location, right near Times Square. Front lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful. On weeknights they have a free wine happy hour with music. You also receive 2 vouchers per day for breakfast. You can either sit at their restaurant, Friedmans and pay $6.50 per person, or can go to a different cafe and get the free grab and go breakfast. They have water and ice machines on each floor which was nice to refill our Stanley's before a day of walking. My only complaint was the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Also it took a bit to figure out how to get the toilet to flush (pull the handle up instead of down). "

"The room was dated and filthy. No refrigerator. Dusty cabinets, bedside table, dresser. The bathroom had black mold growing under the sink and in the caulking. Gross. "

"In a fantastic location arrival staff wonderful. A great little hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Maybe our bad luck but we ended with a room at the front of the building and it was so noisy in the evenings till around midnight, due to its location. The room wasn’t particularly warm and we visited early April and the hot water was a bit hit and miss. Saying that it was a great place to stay and wouldn’t rule it out again"

"Elevator situation was ridiculous. Several down and took 10-15 minutes for an elevator to show up with room to get on. Hotel is a little dated. Would stay in the area again but at a nicer hotel. "

"Property was clean and central to all the great tourist destinations. Easy access to subway. Rooms were a great size and offer good views. The amenities were amazing! We used the complimentary breakfast and happy hour on many occasions. The staff were all incredible, welcoming, and helpful. Would stay again! "
