After a day at the tournament, retreat to this 3-story, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 4,700 sqft house located in North Augusta, only 15 minutes from the course. Relax on its gorgeous, huge back porch overlooking the neighborhood lakes, the private fish-stocked pond, and the spacious backyard with a salt water pool. Along with the outside areas, the open-floor plan kitchen, living room, and breakfast make entertaining a dream.

The home boasts 5 bedrooms, all having their own en-suite / private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom doubles up as a theater room, with the sectional sofa positioned in front of the projection TV.

The bonus game room is the complete man space, equipped with a wet bar, juke box, air hockey table, basketball hoop, and workout equipment. Right off the bonus room is the pool area complete with loungers, and an entertainment patio with a counter height bar, Big Green Egg and Blackstone grills, and 8-person hot tub.

The front circular driveway, garage, and driveways down both sides of the home, all provide tons of space for parking.

The house has 2 twin mattresses stored away that can be deployed & set up as needed & where desired. It also has a pack 'n play, and pet crates, if needed. For families, there's a backyard playhouse swingset and kids' trampoline down near the water. While smoking is not allowed inside the home, it is permissible on the outside porch & patio.

Home has easy interstate access: 3 miles from both I-520 and I-20, and only 11 total miles from Augusta National Golf Club.

Masters week home base

We were fortunate enough to stay here for the week during The Masters tournament. The location was convenient, close to the airports & tournament grounds and the house was ideal for relaxing and entertaining when not at the tournament. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything that you could need. Loved our time and stay here and hope to do it again soon!
