「Rooms cleaned every 3 days is not acceptable for 400+ a night. No water pressure. Electricity went off twice in 4 days. Dirty carpet in hallways. No entertainment. There is a piano in the lobby and no one to play it. Casino was ok. Staff was nice for the most part. I realize it’s an island but you can still expect more from the employees. Not worth the price.」
