"Great place to stay at. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to switch the room to accommodate us. Disappointed with the watered down drinks and nightlife especially on Saturday. I’m not sure what happened with the DJ. Overall we enjoyed the time spent on the property. Beautiful beach, great pools and hot tub, and to have a hammock right outside my room was everything!"

"We stayed across the street from the Coral entrance to Atlantis. Along that walk you can turn off and visit the Marina area as well, which had restaurants, ice cream, various shops, and photo ops. Getting the wristbands to access Atlantis from the lower level of the Royal was not an issue each day. The breakfast each morning was very good, and we ate dinner there a few times too. My kids enjoyed the pool always being open. I asked the hotel to call a cab to get to the airport on our way home and it was cheaper ($55) than the cab that got me there. We had a couple small issues with the toilet and the phone in the room, but the staff was very responsive and resolved those issues quickly."
