Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.

The property was dirty. We felt so uncomfortable with the uncleanliness however all contact has still been ignored up to a week after our visit.
