「The key to the door was missing from the lockbox and the lockbox was wide open when we arrived. The door was also unlocked when we arrived. Immediately we felt unsafe and put a chair against the sliding glass door while we slept. There were two entrances and they were both sliding glass doors. It smelled heavily of smoke. No ceiling fan. 「I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around.
