"The Copthorne is excellent value for moneyā¦ it has big rooms with king size beds, free parking and a wonderful breakfast buffet that includes all the usual hot breakfast foods as well as fruit, breads and cereals. The restaurant is large and looks out over a small lake, so has quite a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy part of the suburbs. It is outside of Cardiff, but has a good bus service to the city centre if you want to leave the car there. The rooms are clean, but could do with a little maintenanceā¦ the cupboard hinges were slightly off and a few minor issues are starting to appear in the bathrooms. But overall, an excellent place to stay!"

"Stayed for two nights on a work visit. First visit and pleasantly surprised by the room and facilities. The swimming pool was closed during the stay, but is being refurbished. The room was clean and comfy with free on site parking. Enjoyed a good nightās sleep and a delicious buffet breakfast. Would recommend and look forward to staying again."
